In his role at SONY Computer Entertainment Europe, Michael oversees a budget of € 40M and is responsible for a team of 25, and manages 25+ external providers. Recently, Michael increased supply chain security on a cost neutral basis and brought down loss ratio from over 200% down to close to nil, and helped to decrease the distribution expense ratio by a 2 digit figure. Michael has established an integrated, reliable and secure supply chain, within a well-recognised partnership approach, including a successful project where he consolidated 40 service providers down to 1. Michael has previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry - for Celesio - therefore best placing him to advise on what pharma can learn from the high-end electronics industry.

Mathieu leads a global cross-functional team working on the implementation of worldwide applicable safety measures to better protect Roche’s products and further secure their supply chain. Since 2008, he has been a member of the EFPIA Senior Oversight Group on Coding & Serialisation. In this role, Mathieu has been involved in worldwide developments in mass serialization and traceability, and the structural impact it has on the Pharma industry. Mathieu is excited to generate dialogue beyond the pure technical challenge or the regulatory aspect - to truly understand how peers are strategically approaching the "post-serialisation world".

Susanne is responsible for life sciences and healthcare supply chain across mainland Europe and EMEA, where she works with key clients to develop flexible, innovative and customized logistics solutions. Wouter has developed key strategies alongside a wide variety of companies in the Pharma and Life sciences sector.

Stéphane has been with UCB for about 20 years, where he has achieved great successes in improving efficiencies and implementing cost-effective solutions within manufacturing and logistics.  He is responsible for  Track&Trace and Serialization program management in IT.

Jean-Marie Aulnette, Vice President of EMEA for TraceLink Inc., has been a visionary leader focused for more than 20 years on building and delivering solutions that protect patients, ensure product integrity and improve business performance. At TraceLink, Mr. Aulnette collaborates with companies across the EMEA markets to ensure visibility, traceability and compliance from ingredient to patient. Previously, Mr. Aulnette held a succession of leadership roles spanning 15 years serving companies throughout Life Sciences. At Abbott Diagnostics, he led development of enterprise solutions to help improve business processes. Before joining Abbott Diagnostics, Mr. Aulnette helped Phase Forward become a market leader in Europe, holding senior sales roles prior to and following Phase Forwards acquisition by Oracle. Mr. Aulnette stated in Life Sciences at Aster Cephac where he focused on contract research. Mr. Aulnette holds a masters degree in business from the Center;Etudes Superieures de Management International (CESMI) (groupe ISG).

Chris Axton is the Global Production Planning Architect at Eli Lilly and has 22 years of Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. His experience has enabled him to gain a deep understanding of testing, validation, change management and continuous improvement processes. He has a wealth of knowledge of SAP solution design and is a certified SAP PP consultant with expert knowledge of SCM-APO and significant knowledge of MO, QM, MM and their integration with finance, management accounting and order to cash process.

Rod Beard is Principal Pharmacist at the Sunderland Royal Hospital in the UK.  He has over 30 years' experience in the healthcare industry;  he has been registered  for the  Homicide Investigations for Healthcare Commission since 2006, and currently is an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Sunderland. As Principal Pharmacist at the Sunderland Royal Hotel, Rod is looking forward to sharing his insights into how manufacturers and healthcare providers can work closely together to improve service levels of care for patients.

Sheena Behn is a Pharmacist with a wealth of supply chain, manufacturing and R&D experience. She is currently VP, Head of Commercial Operations in Global Supply Chain & Strategy for AstraZeneca based in the UK. In this role she is accountable for product and cross product strategies in Supply Chain and manufacturing. She re-joined Operations in September 2014 from R&D where she was VP R&D Supply Chain for 2 years, based in Sweden accountable for a group in UK, Sweden, US and China to successfully support clinical supply for the expanding and accelerating small molecule and late stage biologics portfolios for AstraZeneca. Prior to that she was VP , Operations in China accountable for leading the AZ facility in Wuxi for 3 years, and transforming the factory from domestic to global supply. Sheena joined Operations in 2007. Prior to that Sheena spent many years in Pharmaceutical development in increasingly senior roles in Product Development and Project Leadership. She joined AstraZeneca in 1996 from GlaxoSmithKline

Frank is responsible for designing and managing the international Supply Chain (Europe, Middle East and Asia), starting from Celgene's finished product suppliers to distribution in the markets. Frank has very strong intercultural and language skills and has successfully led Supply Chain projects and negotiations in various Asian countries including South Korea, China and Singapore. He has a wealth of knowledge to comment on serialisation, therefore best placing him to discuss the latest serialisation requirements in China.

Nick is responsible for leading the EMEA Solutions Consulting team. Over the past 12 years, Nick has developed a strong background in Supply Chain compliance and has delivered highly successful automated trade management platforms across Europe and Asia - as well as contributing design strategies to meet ever-changing global regulatory challenges. Currently Nick’s team is supporting solution design for major European Clients – with a focus on not just compliance but also business value. Amber Road delivers Global Trade Management software solutions across many business sectors such as the Pharmaceutical, Process, HiTech and Military industries.

In his role, Bram is an expert in designing, testing and implementing various APS planning systems, with experience as project leader for customers in the Pharmaceutical industry. In addition he has completed projects and quick scans on S&OP reporting, R&D planning, inventory management and supply chain planning. Furthermore Bram has experience in high level supply chain planning in the Pharmaceutical industry, coordinating an international network of four production sites, as well as taking care of logistic engineering projects. Bram is also an active contributor to the Life Science Network.

In his role, Mike is the global process owner for logistics - directly responsible for serving as the global process owner for warehouse, shipping and distribution operations. He is in charge of developing strategy and organizational structure for the internal and external distribution networks encompassing global operational polices and standards. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 22 years at Eli Lilly, ideally placing him to discuss the best strategies for governance of providers.

Riekert Bruinink is working at the Dutch Healthcare Inspectorate and held various positions, including management positions. Now he is a Senior GMP/GDP Inspector and specialized in Good Distribution Practice. He is Member of the EMA GDP Drafting Group. This group was responsible for making a proposal for a new EU GDP Guide and procedures for harmonizing GDP inspections in the European Union. From 2008 until 2013, Riekert Bruinink was Chairman of the PIC/S GDP Working Group. The Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme(PIC/S), located in Geneva, is a worldwide organization of pharmaceutical inspectorates of different countries. From 1981 until 1987 he worked as pharmacist in several public pharmacies. In 1987 he joined the Drug Inspectorate and in 1995 the Health Care Inspectorate in the Netherlands. Riekert Bruinink was awarded a MSc degree and a Pharm D degree by the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Jason is currently the Head of Supply, Europe at Synageva; His role is to provide leadership within Supply Chain and Operation for Synageva’s supply in Europe, ensuring that the company has a robust platform to launch its first product to market, Jason’s specific focus areas are route to market (physical and financial), New Product Introduction and back office operations.

Previously Jason spent 18 year at Genzyme holding functional roles (Logistics, Procurement, Operations and Supply chain) at site, regional and global levels.

Robert leads supply chain operations and effectiveness globally across Biogen Idec, making him accountable for developing and implementing a Center of Excellence at Biogen. Having successfully completed the design and execution of complex global supply chains at Boston Scientific, Robert is currently developing world class supply chain processes and systems capable of supporting a $20B global biotechnology business

Antioco’s main goal through his role at Director of Global Production Planning Process Excellence at Bristol Myers Squibb, is to evolve and position process excellence as a strategic asset to deliver growth in efficiency and effectiveness. Anthony has enjoyed a successful career in the public, private sectors. The first 25 years were spent in international and investment banking, in Canada, US, the Caribbean and Europe. He moved to the public sector, as the UK’s chief negotiator for inward investment. In 1996 he was appointed CEO of English Partnerships, the national regeneration agency before becoming the founding CEO of SEEDA, overseeing the economic development of the SE of England. He was a ministerial advisor for competitiveness, innovation, science & itechnology, urban renaissance and Corporate Social Responsibility. He was awarded a CBE in the 2004 New Year’s Honours List for his services to Economic Development. Anthony founded IHP in 2004 a charitable public-private–partnership to coordinate the donations of medicines.

Marco is responsible for all in-house production sites at STADA; making him accountable of a team of more than 3,000 worldwide producing approx. 2/3 of all products sold in the STADA group worldwide. Erez has led the supply chain for Japan and South Korea at Teva for the last 2 years and has six years of emerging markets supply chain-specific experience. Through understanding the challenge of costs specific to emerging markets, Erez has developed winning strategies for cost effectiveness in emerging markets along with establishing effective supply chain organization and processes for supporting emerging markets. Interestingly, Erez has a patent pending for an improved queue control system concept. Most recently Erez has established a highly successful end to end supply chain in the Japanese market.

Sven leads the Global TechOps sourcing team at Novartis. In this role, Sven is responsible for maximizing value for the technical operations sourcing function through the implementation of leading edge strategies, development and mobilization of the organization. In addition, he oversees and manages all sourcing activities of Pharma TechOps. Recently he successfully launched a tail-end spend management program, including setting up an off-shore Spot-Buy Desk, delivering 15% cost reduction in its first 6 months.

Stephen has responsibility for SAP’s solutions for Track & Trace, and came to SAP through the acquisition in 2005 of Lighthammer, a manufacturing solution now sold as SAP MII, where he was part of the leadership team responsible for business development. Stephen has over 20 years experience in the software industry in Europe, South Africa and the United States, and has a wealth of experience in serialization requirements, best placing him to discuss how to tackle global complexities.

Karine’s main goal through her role at Baxter is to evolve and improve traditional processes to deliver cost effective changes. Karine has 15+ years of operational roles, supply chain project management and six sigma experience in various areas of the Supply Chain (transportation, warehousing, integration and divestitures). Recently, Karine has successfully applied network optimisation studies to key countries in EMEA, LATAM and APAC, resulting in significant cost improvements that could reach up to 10% of the cost base.

In his role, Jason is responsible for designing account strategies and market place dynamics, to ensure buy-in, and driving execution across the EMEA region. Jason oversees the implementation of both commercially and supply chain focused strategies with a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and development functions within the European Market.

Haris Kamal serves as Vice President of Life Sciences at Frequentz. Mr. Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business from George Mason University. He comes to Frequentz after having spent the last seven years as the Vice President of Business Development of rfXcel, a cloud-based software company in the drug, medical device, and food safety verticals. There, he was responsible for the growth and sales of their SaaS business. Having been in the industry from inception, Mr. Kamal is a trusted advisor in the field of Traceability and Serialization. Prior to rfXcel, Mr. Kamal also served as Director of the company, Agentrics, a cloud- based platform of supply chain applications, where he held autonomy over the Collaborative Supply Chain business unit. His success in building the business unit led to successful merger and later acquisition. He’s also widely seen as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the fields of ERPs, Supply Chain, and Change Management.

In her current role at Amgen, Elisabeth manages regional demand and supply planning for a portfolio of new and legacy products including life cycle variations. She has led end-to-end fulfillment efforts to ensure optimized distribution across market segments. Recently Elisabeth helped pioneer a long term strategy to redesign Amgen’s global planning process and system.

Christian Knoblich was introduced as the new member of the Board of Directors at trans-o-flex in January 2014. Knoblich has a Degree in Commerce from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and brings with him some 20 years’ experience from distribution, logistics and services covering all aspects of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. The Austrian has joined trans-o-flex from Movianto, where worked since 2006 as the managing director of the Austrian subsidiary Sanova Pharma. In 2010, he moved to the Movianto headquarters in Stuttgart, where he was Managing Director for Sales, Marketing and Business Development and from 2012 Chief Executive Officer. He started his career in the Celesio corporation in Austria working for the wholesale company Herba Chemosan Apotheker-AG before switching to Sanova Pharma.

Anja is responsible for coordinating healthcare and chemicals and Panalpina, with a focus on providing solutions with a commitment to long-term sustainable development.

In his role, Ulrich helps Merck's corporate divisions Healthcare (MerckSerono, Consumer Health, Allergopharma) , Life Sciences (Merck Millipore) and Performance Materials to deliver supply chain and operations projects. Prior to joining Merck Ulrich has had roles with Camelot Management Consultants, Porsche Consulting and Boehringer Ingelheim. Leif Kronkvist has been with Agility for 8 years and is responsible for driving Agility’s Life Science vertical globally.  Through his role, Mr. Kronkvist generates a more tightly managed supply chain, which he conducts through developing expertise and creating internal accountability in three interlocking areas of responsibility: Operational, Commercial and Technical. Calum has been developing and managing supply chains in Consumer Goods and Retail sectors for over 20 years. With broad experience across demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning, distribution, procurement and systems development, both in line management and in consultancy, he has successfully transformed financial and operational performance in a number of businesses by developing people, processes, and systems. Calum is currently Operations Director for LEGO Company Limited, where he is responsible for the development and delivery of supply chain strategy and performance for UK/Ireland markets, playing a pivotal role in the transformation and return to growth of LEGO in the toy market.

Micaela oversees the temperature controlled supply chain at Roche and works in driving her team of 35 people across organizations and countries on strategic initiatives to successfully meet the GDP temperature control guidelines. Greg leads global supply chain for pharmaceutical products at Lilly, where his main goal is providing the organizational leadership to ensure robust and efficient supply chains for Lilly’s products, including new product launches.

Jørn Mayntzhusen is Lead Project Manager for Supply Optimization and Launch at Lundbeck. He is responsible for orchestrating timely supply of all Lundbecks newly approved or reimbursed products. I.e. aligning all regulatory, commercial, production and marketing efforts with subsidiary expectations on timing and availability of physical products. Previously Jørn Mayntzhusen has been responsible for Production Planning and Product Costing, as well as head of Customer Supply and warehousing.

Originally educated as a banker in 1988 he has obtained a BSc in Logistics (HD(L)) at Copenhagen Business School and a MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

Gearoid is responsible for driving efficiencies and greater standardisation across pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer businesses for Johnson & Johnson worldwide. Gearoid has built Johnson & Johnson’s highly successfully global knowledge management network which through sharing of best practice and strategy, has been proven to have led to increased efficiency in the supply chain.

Conor’s main goal at Shire is to continually improve and enhance supply chain planning systems, build sustainable capabilities and processes to support the growing needs of Shire's international global business. In his role, one of Conor’s key areas of focus is to develop and implement successful strategies for supply chain optimization and multi-echelon inventory management.

Malcolm Miles is the Service and Technical Adviser for strategic accounts and vertical markets at Thermo King and is responsible for technical support and special projects. Malcolm is also service leader for Thermo King CryoTech solutions.  He has over 30 years of industry experience working on various technical, managing and training positions in both Thermo King dealer and Thermo King. Malcolm joined Thermo King in 2001 as the service manager for UK,and hasheld various positions prior to his current role.

As vice president of Thought Leadership, Trevor serves as an expert source for Kinaxis customers, prospects, industry analysts and journalists. Known throughout the supply chain field, he has published many articles, presented at various industry events, and is the primary contributor to the Kinaxis 21st Century Supply Chain blog. Trevor helps Kinaxis seek new market opportunities within the company's distinctive competence and is instrumental in the company's competitive and market intelligence. He helps key customers achieve the operational control tower vision, guiding their priorities and architectures to realize the full potential of RapidResponse.

Stephen works in compliance and quality for Global Logistics at GlaxoSmithKline which includes strategic initiatives in regulatory compliance, internal quality management systems, risk management and governance.  Stephen is a Green Belt in Lean Sigma and has a keen interest in promoting quality tools and techniques to transform businesses by reducing waste and improving efficiency. 

In her role at AbbVie, Arminda leads a global team with responsibility for supply chain integrity, distribution and logistics, and temperature control management strategic quality initiatives. Arminda has developed highly successful strategies to significantly improve distribution performance by integrating pharmaceutical quality systems and temperature control management into supply chain processes. Arminda has also led highly successful projects in the development and implementation of temperature control management and product distribution stability testing processes.

Hussain has more than 20 years of experience of running supply chains, manufacturing plants, sales & marketing as well as consulting. Hussain has had great success in leading numerous initiatives including global value chain transformations, developing emerging sales models in med tech, redesigning contract manufacturing models, control tower rollouts and ERP deployments. Hussain’s previous roles have included managing vice president at Gartner and AMR Research and director at Trinity Pharma Solutions and he has been selected by Pharma Voice as one of the 100 most influential and inspiring individuals in life sciences.

John has more than 18 years of experience in supply chain/operations transformation and improvement programmes in both consulting and industry contexts.  John has implemented highly successful strategies in Target Operating Model Design, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimisation, Logistics & Distribution, Artwork & Labelling and Serialisation Track & Trace.  He has extensive international work experience and has led consulting engagements in Europe and North America.

Cecilia leads the Global Business Intelligence team for Supply Chain & quality area at a leading Pharma Company for OTC and Sandoz divisions. In this role, Cecilia is responsible for defining end-end reporting strategy, engaging with business stakeholders to implement the relevant dashboards and decision making tools. As a supply chain leader Cecilia has 20 years of international experience in defining supply chain strategies, implementing transactional, planning and BI tools, leading major process improvements while conducting the change. She has also operational experience in manufacturing and warehousing.

Simon is directly responsible for all supply chain operations and customer support across the EMEA region. Simon’s main goal in his role at Pfizer is to evolve the supply chain strategy to ensure excellent customer service, and deliver maximum value

Yinka as Head of Logistics at AstraZeneca’s Macclesfield, UK manufacturing site, is directly responsible for logistics and planning across many of AstraZeneca’s global supply chains, serving 130 markets. Yinka has recently experimented with a number of ways to select and use of different planning techniques and has achieved great success in leading his team to implement new strategies throughout the end-to-end supply chain, from site planning to customer service and distribution.

Ada is directly responsible for ensuring the GxP compliance of customers and recently has implemented a strategy to make information on temperature excursions and lead time for shipments easily available. Ada is particularly passionate about patient safety and efficiency in the supply chain, and is interested in how information can be used to access risk and take the necessary actions to prevent damage.

Diane is the Vice President of Manufacturing Industry Solutions at GT Nexus, combining industry expertise and technology to deliver the best possible solutions for our customers. Diane’s career has been focused on the manufacturing sector, specifically on regulated products such as pharma and food & beverage. Today, Diane works with best-in-class companies to transform supply chains through innovation and technology. Prior to GT Nexus, Diane was General Manager for an SAP partner specializing in developing products for subsidiary manufacturers in emerging markets. Diane has an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Corina is the HR Business Partner for Global Supply Chain Management at TEVA. Key areas of her responsibility are Change and Talent Management. Recently she has pioneered an extremely successful HR Transformation in a multinational global environment – ensuring global requirements were successfully translated into local needs. Corina has a wealth of knowledge in supply chain talent development, best placing her to lead a session on nurturing rising stars.

Kerry leads her team with a vision to transform organisations through cultural change and working on all levels to build capability and drive results. Barbara is responsible for the supply of an orphan drug to patients affected by a rare disease. She develops and implements tailored distribution solutions for pre-licence and regular commercial sales in Europe and ROW and manages all supply related activities – in collaboration with a network of contract manufacturing and distribution services providers. Barbara harnesses almost thirty years of work experience at Roche and small specialty pharma companies.

Alberto is the Global Head IT Technical Operations at a leading Pharma Company. He has over 14 years of specific international experience delivering technology enabled business value within the pharmaceutical industry. Responsible for the global manufacturing and supply chain function IT strategy, he has successfully delivered operational excellence and efficiency gain initiatives in areas like Supply Chain Reporting, New Product Launches, Logistics and Transportation, Serialization, Manufacturing Execution Systems and ERP.

Sébastien is an Associate Principal from the Geneva office of McKinsey & Company, Inc. He is serving pharmaceutical companies on logistics optimization, operational excellence, and network optimization. Sébastien has more than 11 years experience with manufacturing management in the automotive industry.

Thorsten has 15 years of specific experience within supply chain and management consulting in logistics environment with his main focus areas being: Life-Science, Healthcare and Retail. Lars’ main goal through his role at Actelion is to evolve the serialisation strategy to deliver a practical and cost-effective solution. In understanding the wealth of innovative technologies available, Lars has pioneered a strategy to develop an effective serialisation programme for Actelion.

Piero Sciotto is Head of Supply Chain Management Middle East & Africa at Sandoz, a Novartis company. He and his team are in charge of establishing and developing the Sandoz’ Supply Chain in the Middle East & Africa region to grow Sandoz’ footprint in the region and to support a sustainable growth of the business there - therefore best placing Piero to lead a discussion on supply chain within Africa. Prior to this, Piero worked for a big global Automotive supplier and then held different director level positions at Daiichi Sankyo Europe, a pharmaceutical company.

At Orfe, Paula leads the development of highly successful strategies for customs clearance, declarations of quality conformity, bonded storage and pharmaceutical warehousing, importing and wholesale distribution for European pharmaceutical manufacturers. Through her role, Paula connects Western manufacturers with the Russian pharmaceutical market.

Mirko joined Pfizer in 2007 as Logistics Compliance & Operations Advisor in the Market Logistics Italy team. In August 2008, he relocated to the European Logistics Centre in Zaventem, Belgium, where he held several roles in the areas of Operations Compliance and Continuous Improvement, leading to his Six-Sigma Black Belt certification. He was then appointed to Manager Supply Chain Network Planning EMEA in 2010, where he led the implementation of the East Africa Hub in Nairobi (Kenya). Next, he moved to the Business Solutions team in 2011 as Manager Network Design & Market Access, taking its leadership in 2014. Prior to joining Pfizer, Mirko worked as a Business Analyst in EuroGroup Consulting.

Axel leads the commercial strategy and excellence centre, and is an expert on portfolio management and supporting clients on market access, multichannel management and sales force effectiveness. Axel has previously worked for Merck KGaA and Grünenthal on a large number of strategic and cross-functional programs, and believes in inspiring people to move between functional silos and work together to develop cross-functional concepts.

Tania Snioch is Director Healthcare at GS1 Global Office. Prior to starting at GS1, Tania worked for the Australian GS1 organisation, GS1 Australia, for nearly 15 years, holding various roles in that time. At GS1 Australia, Tania and her team assisted the Healthcare industry to implement the GS1 System to improve patient safety and increase supply chain efficiency. Tania worked with Australian state and territory governments and federal regulators. In her role at GS1 Global Office, Tania supports the GS1 community by pro-actively responding to specific business requirements from industry sectors with the aim to enhance the level of GS1 System adoption.

Mark has 15+ years supply chain experience gained in industry and consultancy roles across multiple verticals. He now heads Cognizant’s Life Science supply chain advisory team in the UK. He is well versed in future state strategy design and execution with particular expertise in Integrated Planning, KPI metrics, BI / Analytics and dashboard controls. He has a lean approach to all work and brings valuable insights into the challenges of supply chain collaboration, visibility and agility.

Jyrki oversees supply chain integrity at Boehringer Ingelheim managing a team of 5 people directly and over 20 remotely and is viewed as a leading pioneer in serialisation – driving his teams’ highly successful global serialisation infrastructure for the complete supply chain. Jyrki is a member of the EFPIA working group where he has recently been working to harmonise serialisation requirements across Europe.

Ester is directly responsible for supporting the execution of the UPS healthcare logistics strategy in Europe.  Ester’s main focus in her role is to provide subject matter expertise on temperature sensitive packaging to UPS customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices industry. Ester played a critical role in developing the UPS Temperature True Packaging service in Europe and to enhance the company’s temperature sensitive solutions portfolio. She continually researches new, state-of-the-art packaging, monitoring devices and accessories – helping customers to stay on top of the game and benefit from best-in-class solutions.  

In order to develop and future-proof the AstraZeneca distribution network in Europe, Middle East and Africa , Roeland is responsible for distribution network strategy and management. Recently he led the integration of acquired diabetes and respiratory portfolios in AstraZeneca’s distribution network. Roeland is a member of the company’s Global Distribution Network, leveraging the capability of a global network to drive value through the end-to-end supply chain.

Michiel is directly responsible for Swisslog’s global solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Michiel oversees and manages strategies to overcome the logistical challenges faced by pharma companies, and has successfully implemented solutions in pharma warehouse operations – recently Michiel led his team in building a multi-functional warehouse overcoming the challenge of limited space and cost levels.

Rajesh Vij is a professional with a good academic track record managing complex global controlled-environment logistic networks for nearly 23 years. He specializes in integrating transport operations, import and export compliance, cold chain management, and transport validation activities in a synchronized and mutually supportable strategic approach. Rajesh is associated with a leading pharmaceutical company, heading the export-import division and has a proven track record in all areas of EXIM business.

Dieter is responsible globally for the operational supply chain management at Roche, managing a team of 90 with a related budget. Recently, Dieter has successfully pioneered a strategy to advance supply chain efficiency globally, involving product supply chain ownership and all supply chain planning relevant functions allowing improvements to the customer experience across the board. Under Dieter’s remit, significant progression has been implemented in customer facing performance measures.

In his role, Daniel takes care of the Healthcare customers and consults them how to unlock value in their supply chains and together build smart and efficient end to end logistics solutions.

Simon oversees quality and GDP compliance across Pfizer’s supply chain in the EMEA region and works with a network of quality and supply chain professionals to develop initiatives in quality operations for distribution. Recently, has worked closely with industry representatives and regulatory agencies to provide support for supply network GDP compliance, best placing him to discuss how to interpret the new GDP guidelines.

Oliver will provide a unique perspective through his experience in creating artwork for pharmaceutical packaging for more than 10 years. Having successfully completed serialisation projects, Oliver is currently finding a solution for implementation of diverse barcode requirements world-wide in the light of serialization and multi-market packs at Actelion, where he been working for two years.
