Calum has been developing and managing supply chains in Consumer Goods and Retail sectors for over 20 years. With broad experience across demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning, distribution, procurement and systems development, both in line management and in consultancy, he has successfully transformed financial and operational performance in a number of businesses by developing people, processes, and systems. Calum is currently Operations Director for LEGO Company Limited, where he is responsible for the development and delivery of supply chain strategy and performance for UK/Ireland markets, playing a pivotal role in the transformation and return to growth of LEGO in the toy market.
