Frank Binder

Frank is responsible for designing and managing the international Supply Chain (Europe, Middle East and Asia), starting from Celgene's finished product suppliers to distribution in the markets. Frank has very strong intercultural and language skills and has successfully led Supply Chain projects and negotiations in various Asian countries including South Korea, China and Singapore. He has a wealth of knowledge to comment on serialisation, therefore best placing him to discuss the latest serialisation requirements in China.
