In this role, Sven is responsible for maximizing value for the technical operations sourcing function through the implementation of leading edge strategies, development and mobilization of the organization. In addition, he oversees and manages all sourcing activities of Pharma TechOps. Recently he successfully launched a tail-end spend management program, including setting up an off-shore Spot-Buy Desk, delivering 15% cost reduction in its first 6 months.
